Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979, is an American actress. She has starred on the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also appears as an actor on the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voices her as well as Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999) as well as She's All That (1998). The series began with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian, social worker and former and JoAnn Cook, weaver and instructor in cooking. She is of Italian descent. Cook was just seven years old when she made an appearance in a news announcement regarding foster care. When she was 10, Cook began working as a child printer, appearing in nationwide Target advertisements and on Milk Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
